When and how will I receive my order?

* I send digitally. Faster and more cost efficient for everyone. And besides, have you ever taken three children under the age of three to the post office before?! If not, I don't recommend it.
* Your order will be sent manually & will come within 24 hours. If we are out of town for any reason & cannot have templates sent within that time frame, we will have that posted to our blog.

What program will I need to use DBJ templates?

* All template files are in .psd file format. You will need any version of Photoshop/Photoshop Elements. I can provide full support for Photoshop users. If you use Elements, please let me know after purchase that you will need an "ungrouped" version. I cannot offer full support for Elements because I've only used it once and found that it was limited in customization as far as changing colors. It CAN be done but it's difficult if you don't know your way around PSE. I'll help you out as much as I can. Paint Shop Pro users have used my templates but I cannot offer full support as I have never used that program.

Are your templates customizable?

* YES! If they are not, I will have that in the description.

Are the fonts included?

* No, they are under copyright laws and I am not permitted to do so. but there are many places on the web to obtain free fonts, dafont.com is one that my clients use most often. Text is only there as a guide and you will need to add your own text. If you're using fonts for commercial use, I would highly recommend myfonts.com

Where can I get my orders printed?

* There are many places to go on the web. I use whcc.com, mpix.com, overnightprints.com, asukabooks.com, and for cheaper marketing printing I use vistaprints.com when I'm in a bind. There are MANY other places to print but these are just what I use.

Can your templates be resized?

*I never recommend upsizing a template (ie: 5x5 to a 10x10) but much easier to size down. As always, keep in mind the bleed lines as they will change slightly.

Are these available for commercial use?

* Yes, but ONLY in printed form.

What are your working hours?

* Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm

Can I contact you via phone?

No. I do have yahoo messenger if you would like to chat. You can contact me via email and if I do not get back to you within 24 hours, feel free to resend.

Can I use your templates/elements from templates to create my own designs?

No, you may not. You may not use my backgrounds or elements to create something new or to use as a added element in your own design. If you have specific questions, please contact me. I do have designer resources available to my members. You may also use my borders & frames in your own designs. Which have the same TOU as my other templates. You may NEVER sell/share templates with my designs/elements used in part or in whole. They have a limited commercial useage -- meaning, you may only sell them in printed form.

Is it ok to create my own designs and make them look like yours?

No. They say that imitation is a form of flattery but it is not when it comes to my designs. Some believe that it is ok to do this, but it IS copyright infringement, not to mention, just plain mean. As a photographer I am sure you have had to deal with this as well. When you are hired by a client to take their family photos and they in turn, steal them and print them .... they never pay you for any prints. Fair, no ... rude, yes ..... illegal, absolutely!

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are given for any reason. All sales are final.

As a member, can I pick and choose the months I want?

No, if you would like the previous membership designs at the membership price, you must sign up for the yearly membership. If you want some of the previous months in addition to the month you are subscribed to, you will receive a great membership discount!

Do members receive a discount?

YES!! 50% off any (and ALL) templates, actions or premade marketing collections during your membership term.

Is there a commitment with the membership?

With the yearly membership, you pay everything up front so you're locked in for the 12 month membership term. The advantage of the yearly is you will receive 2 months for free. The monthly membership does NOT require a commitment and you can cancel at anytime (up until the day before your next payment).

DBJ Membership seems too good to be true, what's the catch?

There is NO catch! I offer a ton of designs at a very low price to you .... pricing and quality that goes way beyond what other designers offer. WHY?! Because I adore design ... and because it's more fun to share it with many than just a select few who can afford expensive designs.
